With reference to the updated Rules.

Rules update 2015

Please be advised that the Council will convene a Special General Meeting at 1300hrs on 19th March 2015, at the Exchange, to consider and adopt the attached amended Rules for the Association.

In short, we have brought them up to date to cover such items as where and whom stores accounts (in CRM for example), liability of members in the unlikely event that the Association should go into liquidation, and the minimum two year trading period before being allowed to join.

If anyone has any observations, or objections, please advise us before the SGM; otherwise the new Rules will be adopted.   The old rules still appear on the website under the “Policy” tab, should you wish to compare.
