All members of the Air Charter Association are recognised as accredited professionals in the industry, setting them apart from companies that have not passed the required verification process to join The ACA or committed to uphold best practices.
All members:

- Signed a commitment to uphold The ACA’s Code of Practice
- Passed company due dilligence
- Been referenced by at least 2 current members as a professional in the industry
The ACA Sustainable Air Charter
This accreditation is awarded to member companies who have demonstrated they provide their clients options to operate their flight as carbon neutral. They must use a recognised and verified offsetting partner, advocate the use of Sustainable aviation fuel, and actively encourage their clients to select the sustainable option for their flight.
ACA Qualified Broker Training
The ACA Qualified Broker Training accreditation is awarded to all companies that have more than 1 Qualified Air Charter Broker, which is an individual broker who has taken and passed The ACA Broker Qualification course. The course teaches industry best practice and knowledge to maintain the highest standards in the market.
Argus Certified Broker
Argus is an internationally recognised auditing company and they offer an Air Charter Broker registry and accreditation.
An Argus Certified broker has committed to quality and ethical standards. They have:
- Pledged to industry best practices
- Signed a commitment to uphold The ACA’s Code of Practice
- Provided proof that they meet the requirements
- Successfully passed an onsite audit
