Charter Contract Guidelines

Charter Contract Guidelines

To protect all parties involved, all charter flights should have an executed contract in place before departure.  It is important for all parties to be clear of their responsibilities and understand what they are committing to.

The Air Charter Association (The ACA) and the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) have  jointly produced the following contracting guide.  It is intended to provide air charter operators and air charter brokers with guidelines and recommendations when producing charter contracts with the aim of providing a basis for industry standards, clarity on content and enhancing the experience for clients when chartering a private aircraft.
