UAS and EPIC form alliance
UAS International Trip Support, and EPIC Aviation have announced the formation of a strategic alliance that will create opportunities for growth for both companies and deliver tremendous value to their customers.
EPIC Cardholders, who currently have access to over 5,000 EPIC FBOs and merchants, will realize even greater access when operating internationally through the UAS network of 3,000 locations and regional operations teams. They will be able to purchase discounted fuel on credit using their existing EPIC Card account.
UAS customers will now have priority access at all EPIC locations in North America, providing immense value for the trip support giant who completed over 100,000 movements in 2014.
“UAS has a unique advantage as one of the only service providers in the world who can aggregate the fuel volumes of our general, commercial, and military aviation customers,” says Jay Husary, Executive Vice President of UAS. He added, “Due to UAS’ economies of scale, EPIC customers will now have access to significantly-reduced fuel costs at even the most remote locations around the globe.”
“With the unique strengths of each of our companies, we are excited to bring this dynamic alliance to the industry,” explained Kevin Cox, EPIC’s President, “Our abilities to develop custom solutions that make the process of fuel-related transactions more efficient and accurate for flight departments and FBOs is a priority to EPIC. We look forward to working closely with UAS on a global basis for many years to come.”
Additional details about this alliance, including introduction to the new technologies developed jointly by UAS and EPIC, will be forthcoming in the weeks to come.
