Brexit Information for Members

As we approach Brexit, we aim to keep all members appraised of the latest information available to the industry, for your reference.  By considering all of the information it may help in your planning for the impact of Brexit on your business, whether you are a UK-based company or one of our global members.

The first document is prepared by the European Business Aviation Association (http://www.ebaa.org), in conjunction with Clyde & Co aviation lawyers. Download document here.

The UK Civil Aviation Authority is providing information to UK AOC holders and others on their website: http://www.caa.co.uk/Our-work/About-us/EU-exit/

In addition it may be worth all members considering the following two EU Commission Notices on Traffic Rights and EASA, giving the potential (and therefore worst case scenarios) of a so-called hard Brexit:

If members have any information they feel may be beneficial for members to know, we would be pleased to hear from you.
