Cancellation of Private Air Charter Flights

Understandably, we have received a number of queries from members regarding cancellation of flights due to COVID-19.

There are no hard and fast rules and it would be impractical for us to attempt to impose or implement a “one size fits all” policy.

However, our best advice is to keep the lines of communication between the operator, broker and end user client open. Ensure that ALL parties in the charter transaction are aware of the terms of booking and / or cancellation, BEFORE the booking is made and that brokers mirror the terms of their supplier, to their customer.

Under the exceptional circumstances we are all facing, we urge our members and industry colleagues to work together in order to find a workable solution to all, at this challenging time we are all facing.
