Richard Mumford, BACA Chairman, has bravely decided to take on the challenge of RedR’s TrekFest in The Peak District in September. We would also like other members of the BACA Council – and our members – to join him.

The Trek is described as a “real physical challenge” in a stunning location, encompassing a network of hilly footpaths and bridleways. This will require a lot of dedication and training, for someone who is extremely busy in their day job as a lawyer, coupled with a busy schedule as Chairman of BACA, so Richard is really relying on the support of BACA and its members.

The work of RedR is incredible. They train national aid workers in disaster struck countries, running humanitarian and support programmes worldwide.
