BACA recently exhibited at EBACE for the second time, again sharing a booth with ARGUS, who powers the Charter Broker rating.

It was a fantastic show and the booth was very well attended by our existing members, potential new members and colleagues in the industry.

BACA featured every day in the EBACE press, the “show dailies”, which was fantastic for raising the profile of the Association and the work BACA does in the industry. Thanks to our PR specialist, Peter Bradfield for his part in this.

Our second Networking Reception was held at Mr Pickwick on the first night and this event was one of the highlights of the show for BACA. An estimated 500+ guests attended during the evening and our two hour event went on for more than two hours beyond its official finishing time. Apologies to those who had to queue at the bar, but Council Member and CEO of PrivateFly, Adam Twidell, helped with the drinks and our Executive Secretary, Madeleine Puzey, was almost called to the other side of the bar to man the beer pumps, due to the huge number of guests in attendance.

BACA plans to make this a regular occurrence and has already booked for 2018 – save the date, May 29th!
