Due to a change in circumstances, BACA is now seeking a replacement Main (“Gold”) Sponsor for its hugely popular Spring Luncheon, to be held this year at the glorious Merchant Taylors’ Hall in Threadneedle Street, London on Wednesday 20 April.

This is a great opportunity to fly your company flag in the presence of 280 top industry executives and representatives from all over the world.

There are options to suit every budget, and BACA is looking for the following;

Event “Gold” Sponsor;
Make the Luncheon ‘your own show’, for only £5,000;
Display your Logo and company name in a prime position on publicity material and the menu on each table.
Display your banners at strategic locations around the building.
The option of addressing the guests for up to 5 minutes.
Your Name and Logo on the BACA website, with a link to your website.
Several mentions by the Chairman on the day.
Optional Display Stand / Exhibition Area during the reception from 12:00–13:00.
The option to have giveaways / brochures at each table place or for distribution elsewhere on the premises.

Event “Silver” Sponsor;
Great value branding at the event for only £2,000;
Display your Logo and company name on publicity material, and the menu.
Your Name and logo on the BACA website, with a link to your website.
Mention by the Chairman on the day.
Optional table / exhibition display in the drinks reception area 12:00–13:00.

Event “Bronze” Sponsor;
Good value branding at the event for only £1,000;
Display your Logo and company name on publicity material, table plan board and mention by the Chairman.
Your Name and logo on the BACA website, with a link to your website.

Event Wine Sponsor;
Often the most popular sponsor at the event, for only £1,500 !
Display your Logo and company name on publicity material, and the menu.
Your Name and logo on the BACA website.
Mention by the Chairman on the day.

Pub Sponsor;
Run your own event at the pub after the Luncheon, for only £1,500 to BACA.
The choices are up to you, but you could (for example);
Offer vouchers to guests at the lunch for drinks afterwards.
Provide snacks at the pub.
Provide branded clothing for the pub staff etc.
BACA will put you in touch with the venue and you can make your own arrangements at your expense, but BACA will require a contribution of £1,500.

Raffle Prizes;
A donation of a raffle prize to help the 2016 BACA charity (yet to be announced).
Something easy for the winner to take away from the event please, like a voucher or ticket, or a small gadget like a phone or watch – preferably nothing too bulky. Thanks for your generosity.
