NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that a general meeting (AGM) of
BACA – The Air Charter Association Ltd will be held

On Thu 15th March 2018 at 14.00hrs
The Baltic Exchange, 38 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8BH

If you would like copies of the Agenda for this General Meeting, the Association’s 42nd AGM, along with a copy of the Chairman’s Report, Minutes of the 2017 AGM and Accounts (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet) for 2017*, please email us at admin@baca.org.uk

* As you are aware, The Baltic Air Charter Association was converted to a company limited by guarantee in 2017. The new company, BACA – The Air Charter Association Ltd began trading on 01 October 2017 and therefore the attached accounts include the trading activity of the old Association, up to 30 September 2017. Accounts for the period 01 October to 31 December 2017 for the new Ltd company will be included in the AGM report for 2019.
