Voting Now Open for The ACA’s Air Charter Excellence Awards

Leading global trade body, The Air Charter Association (The ACA) is hosting the 2025 Air Charter Excellence Awards on 13 November, and voting for the awards is now officially open. The Air Charter Excellence Awards is a standout event in the industry calendar, with 500 leading air charter professionals converging to recognise and celebrate the achievements of the past year.

Following a public nomination process, the top six nominees in each award category have been shortlisted as finalists and over 440 members of The ACA will vote for their winners. Through member feedback, there has been a change to the format for 2025 with the judging panel being removed, meaning members’ votes will now count 100% towards the final result.

This year’s event will feature two new award categories, designed to ensure that all companies, regardless of their role in the industry, have an opportunity to win and be celebrated: Business Service Supplier of the Year and Flight Ops Support Provider of the Year.

Our 2025 finalists are:

Aircraft Manufacturer of the Year: Airbus; Bombardier; Dassault Aviation; Embraer; Gulfstream; Pilatus.

Charter Broker of the Year (All Categories): Air Charter Service; Air Partner; Hunt & Palmer; Le Bas International; PrivateFly; Volanteus.

Charter Operator of the Year (Executive Passenger Aircraft 18 seats or less): Air Charter Scotland; Atmospherica Aviation; Luminair; Platoon Aviation; VistaJet; Voluxis.

Charter Operator of the Year (Commercial Passenger Aircraft 19 seats and above): 2Excel Aviation; Air Charters Europe; AirX; Amelia; Jet2; Titan Airways.

Charter Operator of the Year (Cargo): ASL Airlines Belgium; Atlas Air; Cargojet; DHL Aviation; Qatar Airways Cargo; Titan Airways.

Charter Operator of the Year (Helicopter): Atlas Helicopters; Capital Air Services; Castle Air; Flexjet; Heli Bravo; SaxonAir.

Business Service Supplier of the Year: 4AIR; Avinode; Gallagher; Leon Software; Stack Aero; Universal Weather and Aviation.

Flight Ops Support Provider of the Year: Farnborough Airport; Harrods Aviation; JETEX; Omni Handling; Signature Aviation; XLR Jet Centres.
