Nominations for any aviation company around the world can be made and the 2026 nominations will open in June.

We will send out notices to all members of The ACA and post on our social media platforms to invite companies and individuals to vote in each category for the companies they believe deserve to win. We will send several messages and reminders to give all members the chance to vote.

The six companies with the most votes in each category will go on to be shortlisted as our finalists.
We will then invite members of The ACA to vote for the winners, from the final six in each category.

In the final round, the company (or individual, in the case of the Young Person of the Year) with the most votes in each category will be the winner. The winners will be announced live during the Excellence Awards, taking place in London on Thursday, 08 October 2026.

Our sponsors read out the finalists and winners and present the prize to the winner of the award they have sponsored. The winners and sponsors will feature in our post-event marketing, too.
