The Air Charter Association is delighted to announce the appointment of a new NextGen Group leadership team, with Rachel Harvey (SaxonAir) assuming the role of Chair and Jordan Smith (SaxonAir) taking on the role of Deputy Chair.

Rachel Harvey, NextGen Group Chair & Deputy Head of Rotary Ground Operations and Sales, SaxonAir says; “I’m delighted to have been appointed Chair of the NextGen Group. The ACA has provided me with incredible opportunities throughout my career, from building valuable industry connections to receiving the Young Person of the Year Award in 2024. These experiences have strengthened my passion for the industry and my belief in supporting the next generation of air charter professionals. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back and work closely with the group to help young people learn, develop, and thrive within the industry.”

Jordan Smith, NextGen Group Deputy Chair & Head of Ground Operations (Rotary), SaxonAir says; “I am incredibly flattered to be appointed as Deputy Chair of The ACA NextGen Group. As one of its longest-standing members, I am deeply passionate about our mission to support the next generation, having seen firsthand how much someone can prosper in an industry they, like many, originally stumbled into.”
