Pula Aviation Ltd acquires 100% share capital of Bristol Flying Centre

Pula Aviation Ltd has acquired 100% of the share capital of Bristol Flying Centre (BFC) and its subsidiary, Centreline Air Charter.

Bristol Airport based BFC offers a wide range of aviation related services including private jet charter, aircraft management and handling, maintenance and engineering as well as pilot training.

Guernsey based family office, Pula Ltd, has a wide portfolio of interests which includes aircraft ownership. Group Finance Director, Colin Pickard, commented, “The Pula Group has enjoyed a close working relationship with Bristol Flying Centre for a number of years and this acquisition represents a natural progression for the Group as it expands its aviation interests in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands”.

Managing Director of BFC, Tanya Raynes, added, “We are delighted to have completed a deal with an organisation that shares our vision for the future and which will ensure the company is able to progress its widely publicised growth strategy. This development will enable BFC to continue its expansion programme that has recently included the establishment of a global Air Operators Certificate (AOC) and the addition of two further aircraft to its existing fleet of corporate jets under management”.

As part of the deal, Pula’s Group Finance Director, Colin Pickard, and Managing Director of Pula Aviation, Nick Brown will join Tanya Raynes, Patrick Wagstaff, Phil Brockwell and Louise Bull on the board of BFC.
