The Air Charter Excellence Awards and Gala Dinner will take place on Thursday, 13 November 2025 (members only). Nominations for any aviation company around the world can be made; you do not have to be a member of The ACA to nominate or to be nominated.

Charter Operator of the Year (Executive Passenger Aircraft 18 seats or less)

This Award recognises the efforts of all other support providers: Flight Planning/Permits, Trip Support, Ground Transport, Insurance, Legal, Sustainability Programme Providers, Technology Platforms

** Flight Ops Support Provider of the Year
This Award recognises the efforts of all airside support providers: Airport, Aviation Caterer, FBO/Handling Agent, Fuel Supplier, Helipad, MRO

The top six nominees will be shortlisted as our finalists and then members of The ACA, together with a panel of judges from the membership, will vote for the winners. 50% of the results will be made up of votes from ACA members and 50% from our judging panel.
