BACA and EBAA are collaborating to explore ways in which air charter contract terms might be clarified and standardised to enhance the charter customer experience. Members of either association are invited to express an interest in joining a working group.

The group will consist of 3 aircraft operators and 3 charter brokers and it will be chaired by an aviation lawyer.

The expected involvement over a period of 6 months will be to attend 2 meetings in person (one in London and one in Brussels). In addition there will be two conference calls per month.
