Claudia Schimansky

Born in East Germany, Claudia developed an early passion for travel and languages, studying Russian, English and Teacher Studies at Rostock University before moving to London in 1993. After beginning her aviation career as Cabin Crew with EAAC, she joined Air London (now Air Partner) in 1997 as a Junior Commercial Broker, quickly becoming a key contributor as the business expanded across Europe.

Her aviation career spans almost three decades, working in multiple countries, progressing through senior broker, training, and leadership roles in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and the UAE. Claudia’s career reflects a lifelong love of travel, culture and people, as well as deep dedication to growth, quality management and people development.

In November 2025, Claudia joined The ACA as Training Manager, to support the association in developing its training programme.
